What Are Yellow Ribbon Benefits?
The Yellow Ribbon GI Bill® Program at Rosemont College provides funding for eligible students. The college will contribute a portion toward your tuition and fees for qualified students. The US Department of Veterans Affairs will match this contribution, helping to ease your financial burden. For the academic year 2024 – 2025, the maximum Yellow Ribbon funding is $7,000 per student, per year. This applies to both undergraduate and graduate students, though funding is limited to 200 graduate students.

How to Apply for Yellow Ribbon GI Bill® Benefits
The process begins with Post 9/11 GI Bill® application. Once approved, you will receive a Certificate of Eligibility (COE). This document confirms your entitlement to benefits. After you receive the COE, bring it to the Financial Aid office. They will help you begin your Yellow Ribbon Program application.
How the Program Works
Rosemont College’s Yellow Ribbon GI Bill® Program operates on a first come, first served basis. After you submit your COE, Rosemont will assess your tuition and fees. They will subtract any other financial assistance you have received, such as GI Bill tuition payments or scholarships. Rosemont will then apply the Yellow Ribbon benefit to the remaining balance. This ensures the program covers your remaining tuition after other aid is applied.
