Rosemont Welcomes New Men's Head Soccer Coach
Keith Conway has been named the fifth head coach in the history of the Rosemont’s Men’s Soccer Program. Conway brings a wealth of experience to the Ravens program, joining from Alvernia University, where he served as an assistant coach for one season. At Alvernia, his responsibilities included video analysis, practice warm ups and cool downs, and recruiting. Prior to Alvernia, Conway spent three seasons as an assistant coach at Ursinus College, where he helped the team achieve its best start to a season (6-1), a victory over ranked Johns Hopkins University, and the second winning season in the program’s history. Welcome to Rosemont, Keith!
Campus Ministry: Get Involved and Give Back
Due to the weather, both events scheduled to celebrate Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr, have been canceled. Watch for the new dates for service at the Joy of Sox warehouse and for the showing of the movie “Selma.”
The Week of Prayer for Christian Unity that began on January 18 is a response to Christ’s prayer “that they all may be one.” It is an eight day period of prayer in which Christians of all denominations are invited to participate. This week is celebrated each year from January 18 – 25, concluding on the Feast of the Conversion of St. Paul.
Mass next Sunday, January 26, will be off campus at the Holy Child sisters’ chapel at New Sharon. All are invited to Mass there at 11:30am.
