Rosemont is excited to share new CTY summer job opportunities for the college’s community in 2026. These positions come through the Johns Hopkins Center for Talented Youth (also known as CTY). The organization is currently hiring for its on campus summer programs.
Rosemont invites the community to explore these valuable opportunities for professional growth. These programs run from mid June through early August. Rosemont students and educators can inspire gifted youth as instructors, teaching assistants, resident assistants, or administrators at vibrant residential sites in MD, PA, CA, NY, and RI (with housing and meals included) or day sites in MD, FL, and NY.
Summer CTY Education Positions Available
- Resident Assistant: Foster a safe and engaging residential community for students.
- Residential Program Assistant: Support daily site operations. Applicants must be 21 or older.
- Senior Resident Assistant: Supervise resident assistants and support residential programming.
- Teaching Assistant: Assist instructors, tutor students, and support classroom activities.
- Health Assistant: Work closely with the site nurse to support student wellness. Applicants must be 21 or older.
- Dean of Residential Life: Lead residential staff and direct the residential program.

Moreover, these summer job opportunities offer more than seasonal work. Students will build leadership skills and strengthen communication abilities. In addition, participants will work alongside educators and professionals from diverse backgrounds. Those hired may travel or remain close to home depending on the site.
