Rosemont College announces an exciting international learning opportunity in Spain scheduled for August 2026. This special program invites participants to combine academic exploration with global travel. Moreover, the journey centers on witnessing a rare total solar eclipse in a historic European setting. This group trip welcomes Rosemont students, families, and adult learners and offers between 7 or 10 day tour options. Additionally, participants will explore Salamanca, a city known for culture and history. The program blends education with immersive travel experiences. Total Solar Eclipse Experience in Spain
The total solar eclipse will take place on August 12, 2026. On that morning, the group will travel to Palencia for guided exploration. Later that day, the journey continues to Carrión de los Condes. These locations rank among the best sites to view the eclipse in Spain. Therefore, participants will witness this extraordinary event under ideal conditions. Eclipse viewing glasses are included for everyone.

Program Overview
All programs begin and conclude in Madrid. Airfare is not included in the package. Upon arrival, private transfers will bring the group to Salamanca.
