A Standout Graduate Student Leader
Stephanie Iozzia is a graduating student in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program. She has made a lasting impact as the inaugural president of Rosemontās chapter of Chi Sigma Iota, the Counseling Academic and Professional Honor Society International. Also, her leadership helped build student involvement and connection within the graduate counseling community.
Rosemontās Counseling Graduate Program achieved a 100% pass rate on the National Counselor Exam according to the most recent report. The strong outcomes of this program are proof that the outstanding preparation this program offers for the next generation of counselors.
In addition to her academic achievements, Steph worked tirelessly to strengthen community spirit. Her efforts earned her the Outstanding Achievement at the Graduate Level Award, a fitting tribute to her hard work and positive influence.
Passion for Community & Future Impact
What makes Stephanie Iozzia stand out is her genuine care for others. She has been deeply involved in community service initiatives while maintaining high academic standards. Steph has often spoken about how grateful she is for the incredible network of professors and fellow students she connected with during her time at Rosemont.
Looking ahead, Stephanie Iozzia is passionate about supporting clients and families experiencing perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. Furthermore, her future clinical work will focus on providing compassionate, specialized care to this important population. While she is excited for the next chapter, she has shared that she will greatly miss the supportive and welcoming Rosemont community.

About the Student of the Month Program
Each month, Rosemont College highlights one student who exemplifies excellence and inspires others. A selection committee reviews nominations from across campus. Students are evaluated on academic performance, leadership, service, and positive influence.
The chosen student is then given an award along with a gift certificate to the school store. They will also be recognized on college platforms and events. This program aims to celebrate those who make Rosemont a stronger, more connected community. Rosemont College will celebrate all who were nominated and selected in the awards ceremony.
A Fair & Transparent Review Process
The selection process ensures fairness and integrity. Three panel members, one each from faculty, staff, and students, are randomly chosen from those who did not submit nominations. Each panelist reviews the nominations anonymously. After all feedback is complete, the process closes to protect fairness and accuracy.
