Rosemont College is launching Rosemont Horizons, a new career support program designed to assist faculty and staff during this period of transition in anticipation of the merger with Villanova. We are inviting alumni to share their professional expertise through flexible volunteer opportunities in partnership with The Center for Teaching and Learning that help colleagues explore what comes next in their career journeys.

What Is Rosemont Horizons?
Rosemont Horizons is a career support initiative created specifically for faculty and staff. The program offers practical, human centered ways for alumni to give back by mentoring, networking, and coaching. It is designed to be flexible, so volunteers can contribute in ways that fit their schedules and strengths.
As the College prepares for its future relationship with Villanova, Rosemont Horizons provides timely support for those reflecting on next steps, career changes, or new opportunities.
Ways Alumni Can Participate
There are several meaningful ways to get involved with Rosemont Horizons:
- One on one career conversations – Share advice, listen, and help individuals think through goals and options.
- Virtual networking sessions – Connect faculty and staff with broader professional networks in a welcoming online setting.
- Panels or informal Q&A – Offer insights from your industry or career path in a group format that encourages questions and discussion.
