Rosemont College is excited to welcome our returning students for Fall Move In 2026! This is a special time as our community comes back together to begin the 2026 ā 2027 academic year. We look forward to seeing familiar faces and helping everyone settle into another memorable year on campus.
Fall move in is scheduled for Sunday, August 23, 2026, and we have planned the day to make your return as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
Move In Schedule and Check In Process
Move-in will take place from 8:00am to 3:00pm. Residence Life staff will be available throughout the day to assist with check in and answer any questions you may have. All residential students must complete the centralized check in process in the Community Center Gym before moving into their residence halls.
During check in, you will be cleared by the Bursar, Academic Affairs, Public Safety, and Residence Life offices. This streamlined process helps ensure everything is in order so you can settle in quickly.
Representatives from Public Safety will also be on hand to assist with student identification card questions or replacements. Please bring a valid government issued photo ID if you need a new Rosemont student ID card. They will also provide parking permits and important campus parking information. Remember that all vehicles parked on campus must display a valid Rosemont College parking permit.
Special Activities on Move In Day
Lunch is from 12:00pm to 1:00pm and will be provided by Parkhurst Dining Services in the Campus CafƩ for students and their families.
Later in the evening, join us for our campus Block Party beginning at 6:00pm. This is a fantastic opportunity to reconnect with friends, enjoy good food and music, and kick off the academic year with the Rosemont community.

Room assignments have already been emailed by Residence Life. If you have any questions about your assignment or roommate, please contact Residence Life at reslife@rosemont.edu.

In early August, we will be sharing our updated Annual Student Handbook, along with exciting enhancements to our dining experience for the 2026 ā 2027 academic year. We will continue to provide updates via email as August 23rd approaches.
