Rosemont College's Riley Dunn Secures Future Assurance Associate Role at BDO
Rosemont College proudly announces that Accounting student Riley Dunn has secured a full time role as an Assurance Associate at BDO in Philadelphia. The offer to join BDO came upon completion of a summer internship role obtained during her junior year. Riley will assume the full time position upon graduation in spring 2026. This new opportunity marks a significant step forward in Riley’s professional journey and builds on a successful internship with the same firm.
Riley credits Rosemont College for preparing her to succeed in the world of public accounting. The college’s academic programs combined technical learning with strong ethical foundations. These lessons helped Riley gain confidence and clarity in applying knowledge to real business scenarios.
“My time at Rosemont shaped how I think, solve problems, and work with others,” Riley shared. “The support from my professors and the community gave me the tools I needed to succeed.”

When asked about Riley’s success, Dr. Hagedorn said, “Most of our students who graduate with accounting degrees leave with offers that they have had for at least one year prior to leaving Rosemont. We do a lot of work around encouraging internships that will lead to full time offers”.
