Rosemont College is pleased to introduce the Residence Life leadership team for the 2025 to 2026 academic year. This group of professionals and student leaders is committed to creating a welcoming, safe, and inclusive campus living experience for all residential students. This department is overseen by Student Affairs, led by Dr. Yolanda Alovor.
Each member of the Residence Life leadership team plays a key role in building community across Rosemont’s three residence halls: Connelly, Mayfield, and Heffernan.
Resident Directors oversee day to day operations in each hall and provide direct support to students:
- Cameryn Roach leads Connelly Hall
- Shenan Jackson oversees Mayfield Hall
- Darren Manley directs Heffernan Hall
All three bring valuable experience in student engagement and residential life management.
Thomas George, serving as the Graduate Resident Assistant, also holds the role of team lead. He works closely with professional staff and helps coordinate efforts among the student Resident Assistants.
Resident Assistants, or RAs, are student leaders who serve as the first point of contact for residents. They plan events, respond to concerns, and help students adjust to college life. Each RA is chosen for their leadership potential, communication skills, and dedication to student success.
