Ravens Baseball Day of Service

King of Prussia, PA—The Rosemont Baseball team spent Saturday, October 2nd volunteering at the Upper Merion Township Annual Fall Community Fair & Festival. The event was held at Heuser Park in King of Prussia, which is where the Ravens practice and will play their inaugural season in the spring of 2022.

The Fair & Festival provided the Baseball Program the opportunity to connect with and give back to the community they are now a part of. The team helped to set-up over 100 vendor booths and family friendly activities for the thousands of visitors who attended the event.

The team worked two shifts during the 8-hour event. Paige Wildasin, the Event Coordinator for the township had this to say about the efforts of the Baseball Team, "Both groups, from set-up, to the stations, to breakdown, to everything in between were invaluable. They were all respectful, hard-working and a true pleasure to work with. We truly, truly could not have executed this event without them."
