Hosted by the Center for Teaching & Learning for Faculty & Staff
In the fast paced world of higher education, stress is real, but so is the power of community and simple, proactive self care. If you’re a faculty or staff member at Rosemont College feeling the weight of deadlines, student needs, and endless to do lists, this is your invitation to pause, recharge, and connect.
The Center for Teaching & Learning and the Counseling Center are hosting a Faculty & Staff Open Forum on Wellness & Self Care on Tuesday, March 17th at 12:00pm in the Board Room of the Hirsh Community Center. The RSVP deadline has been extended through Monday March 16th, 8:00pm so more can join!
Why This Forum Matters Right Now
We all face unique challenges in our roles, yet we rarely take time to talk about them openly. This isn’t another lecture, it’s a supportive, interactive space where you can:
- Share what’s working in your own wellness routine
- Learn practical strategies to manage stress and flourish
- Hear from colleagues who “get it”
- Walk away with ideas you can actually use
Whether you already have a “go to” mindfulness practice or you’re just starting to explore self care, your voice and presence are genuinely welcome. No judgment, no pressure, just real conversation and connection.
