Starting November 5, 2025, Rosemont College will host the first session of a collaborative training program with Villanova Universityās Office of Student Affairs. The program focuses on Resident Directors and Resident Assistants, providing them with engaging, research informed learning experiences in leadership, community engagement, and career development.
The program offers interactive workshops and discussions designed to help student leaders build essential skills for residential life. Participants will practice effective communication, teamwork, and mentorship strategies that enhance both personal and professional growth.
