Rosemont Receives Grant for Respect My Red Training
Rosemont College was awarded one of Pennsylvania's Department of Education "It's On Us," grants for programs and trainings to raise awareness for campus sexual assault and prevention. As part of the grant, Rosemont held a Respect My Red workshop in the Rotwitt Theater for adult students, administrators, faculty, and staff on sexual misconduct prevention and awareness, with a special focus on inclusivity on Wednesday, November 14.
Rosemont Students Win Top Research Awards at Recent Conference
Students from two of Rosemont's science disciplines - biology and environmental science - brought home the first place awards from the 21st Annual University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC) Undergraduate Research Symposium in the Chemical and Biological Sciences on October 20th, 2018.
Patricia M. Nugent Gallery at Rosemont College Presents Landscapes/Seascapes/Escapes by Artists of the Center for Creative Works
The Patricia M. Nugent Gallery is pleased to announce a new group exhibit featuring artists from the Center for Creative Works. The show, titled Landscapes/Seascapes/Escapes, will be open to the public from November 8 through December 4, 2018. An opening reception will take place on Thursday, November 8 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m., with an informal gallery talk at 4:30 p.m.
