Rosemont College is proud to announce that all 11 graduate students from the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program successfully passed the National Counselor Exam (NCE) earning the program a 100 percent pass rate. 

The National Counselor Exam is a nationally recognized exam administered by the National Board of Certified Counselors (NBCC). It is a crucial step for graduate students working toward licensure while completing their postgraduate supervised hours. Graduate students across the country take this rigorous exam, making a 100 percent pass rate a remarkable accomplishment. 

Rosemont’s graduates continue to demonstrate the strength of the program, which prepares students for meaningful careers in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Three students from the Fall cohort and eight students from the Spring cohort passed the exam.

“We are extremely pleased with these results, and it demonstrates the strength and commitment of our core faculty and adjunct faculty in preparing graduate students to make a positive impact in the field of Clinical Mental Health Counseling,” said Thomas DeGeorge, PhD, Program Director of the Counseling Program.
