Today, May 19, 2025: Rosemont welcomes Main Line School Night for its Annual Fundraiser featuring national TV and radio host, author and Philadelphia civic champion Ali Velshi and Emmy Award winning Rosemont alumna Pat Ciarrocchi ‘74 from 7:30 – 9:00pm in the Rotwitt Theater.

Mayor of Philadelphia Cherelle L. Parker Delivers 2025 Commencement Address
In an inspiring address at Rosemont College’s 2025 Commencement on May 15, Mayor of Philadelphia Cherelle Parker urged graduates to reject self doubt, embrace perseverance, and never let anyone diminish their achievements. Parker encouraged students to “never rent space” to negativity and to rely on the power of grit – a trait she called the true key to success. With passion and authenticity, she ended her speech with a spirited call: “Don’t throw shade on my Rosemont College shine,” encouraging graduates to move forward boldly and use their success for good.
Luke Franklin Named Third Team All Conference
Rosemont is proud to congratulate senior shortstop Luke Franklin on earning a spot on the Third Team All Conference for the 2025 season! The United East Conference announced all award winners on May 14th. The four year starter for the Ravens was the lead off hitter and shortstop for 37 games in 2025. He collected the 100th hit of his career in early March, finished in the top ten in the conference in walks, and was 12th in total defensive attempts for the conference.
