This session, led by distinguished Rosemont alumna Dr. Karen Fiorillo ’84 & ‘02M, will focus on leveraging social media for professional success. Dr. Fiorillo brings a wealth of experience in digital branding, networking, and career development. She will provide students with actionable tips on how to build and maintain a positive online presence across platforms like LinkedIn and Alignable.
Meet Dr. Karen Fiorillo
Dr. Fiorillo has an extensive background in education, business, and social media strategy. She is a veteran STEM teacher in the Souderton Area School District, an entrepreneur, and a group fitness instructor specializing in Yoga, Barre, and HIIT classes. Her publications include:

She is also engaged in national research on AI in academic studies and has earned numerous accolades, including:

- Ranked 13th in North America as 2024 Business Person of the Year on Alignable
As a former president of the Rosemont Alumni Association Board and recipient of the Bonnie Hilferty Freney Award, Dr. Fiorillo is committed to giving back to the Rosemont community.
