Stop us if you’ve heard this before: Michael Lange is the Colonial States Athletic Conference Golfer Of The Week.
Lange’s individual victory at the Susquehanna Spring Invitational- where he defeated teammate Hunter Mickatavage on the first hole of a playoff- and Rosemont’s team title allowed Lange to take home the conference’s top honors for the second time in a row.
It is the third straight week out of the three presented in the spring season by the CSAC that a Rosemont golfer has taken home the honor. Stephen Vye was the first recipient back on March 26.
Lange finished with a final round 73 to post an eight-over score of 148 for the two days. It is Lange’s third individual title this season, joining last week’s win at the McDaniel Invitational and a first place finish at the Gatorade Championship back on Labor Day weekend. It is also the third time that he was named Golfer Of The Week in his career.
Rosemont is back in action this weekend when they host the Rosemont Ravens Invitational at the Downingtown Country Club.
