Rosemont College is pleased to announce that Jenn Thorpe ’93, Executive Director of Alumni Relations, has accepted an additional leadership role. She will serve as the Program Lead for the Master of Education in Higher Education and Student Affairs Administration (HESAA) within the School of Graduate Studies.
In this new role, Jenn will support the final HESAA cohort as they complete their studies and prepare for Commencement 2026. Her guidance will ensure students receive the mentorship and structure needed to finish strong.
Jenn returned to Rosemont in 2023 with more than 30 years of experience in higher education. She has consistently demonstrated a commitment to student success and institutional mission. Since rejoining the College, she has contributed significantly to Student Life and Residence Life while leading Alumni Relations.
Jenn is a proud Rosemont alumna. She earned her bachelor’s degree in history from Rosemont College and a master’s degree in counseling with a focus on college student personnel from Shippensburg University.
Her professional background is extensive and includes key leadership roles at several regional institutions. She spent over 28 years in residence life and housing, including 16 years leading residence life at Chestnut Hill College. She also served at Drexel University, Harcum College, Philadelphia University, and Shippensburg University.
With her deep knowledge and student focused leadership, Jenn is uniquely prepared to guide the HESAA cohort through this final year. Her experience and personal investment in Rosemont’s values make her a powerful mentor for future higher education professionals.
Students in the HESAA Program will benefit from her wisdom, care, and proven leadership.
