Rosemont Collegeās Graduate Counseling program is proud to share the Graduate Counseling Newsletter Spring 2026, brought to you by the Rho Chi Chi Chapter of Chi Sigma Iota (CSI). This international honor society recognizes academic and professional excellence in counseling, and our chapter continues to promote scholarship, leadership, advocacy, and service.
This edition highlights student accomplishments, upcoming events, important program updates, and inspiring insights from our graduating students.
Student Spotlight: Meet Gillian Cedrone
One of the standout features in this Graduate Counseling Newsletter is our conversation with Gillian Cedrone, Vice President of the Rho Chi Chi Chapter. Gillian shared that her favorite course was Career and Lifestyle Counseling, which deeply resonated with her own career transition from teaching to counseling.
When asked for advice for new students, she emphasized giving yourself grace during clinical work and building genuine therapeutic relationships through warmth, compassion, and empathy. Her passion for supporting highly sensitive people and those in helping professions shines through as she prepares to launch her counseling career.
