As the Class of 2025 prepares for one of life’s biggest milestones, Rosemont College is excited to host Grad Fair 2025 on May 7 and 8. This event is your one-stop destination to get everything you need for Commencement-plus answers to all your final questions before graduation day.
Grad Fair 2025 is where you will pick up your cap and gown, take care of any final details with College offices, and connect with your fellow graduates as you count down to the big day. If you cannot make it to Grad Fair, you can still pick up your regalia in the campus store from May 9 through May 15.

What to Expect at the Grad Fair

Campus Ministry will share details about the Baccalaureate Mass, taking place on Wednesday, May 14 at 5:00pm. Graduates should wear their academic attire, and all families are warmly invited.

Alumni Relations will offer the opportunity to make a commemorative Class of 2025 gift of $20.25. This small donation marks your transition to alum status and supports future students. Debit/credit card or personal check is required for the transaction.

Student Life will hand out your official senior gift from the College.

Career Services will remind graduates that career support does not end at graduation. Alumni continue to have access to job search tools, resume reviews, and one-on-one advising.

The Registrar’s Office will be available to confirm your graduation status and make sure your records are in order.

Student Accounts will help resolve any final account holds so there are no delays in receiving your diploma.
Grad Fair 2025 is a must-attend event for all graduating students. It is more than just picking up your cap and gown-it is a celebration of your achievements and a helpful way to finalize everything you need before Commencement. We cannot wait to see you there!
