Founders' Week is April 6-12
Founders’ Week is a cherished tradition at Rosemont College, honoring the institution’s rich heritage, mission, and the contributions of its founders and community members. This annual celebration brings together students, faculty, staff, and alumni to reflect on Rosemont’s legacy and commitment to academic excellence, service, and personal growth.

Monday, April 7
- Rosemont BSU Quilting Event 11:00am-1:00pm, Community Center
Tuesday, April 8
- Petaltones Concert 6:00pm, Rotwitt Theater with students selling concessions in Lobby
- Baseball vs. Lancaster Bible College 3:00pm, Heuser Park, KOP
Wednesday, April 9
- Mass at noon with a special remembrance of Patrick Glen Herman, Chapel of the Immaculate Conception
- Climate Teach-in 3:30 pm, Rotwitt Theater
- Faculty and Staff reception 5:30-6:30 pm, Kistler Library
- Norcini Lecture: “From Awareness to Action: Sexual Violence Prevention and Response” Judge Deborah S. Ryan at 7:00pm, Rotwitt Theater
Thursday, April 10
- Classes are cancelled from 12:00-5:00pm for the UC students
- Lunch at 12:15pm, Dining Hall
- Awards Ceremony 12:30pm, Dining Hall
- Students vs. Staff Softball Game 2:00pm, Athletic Complex
- Activities such as a scavenger hunt, Ultimate Frisbee, badminton and other lawn games and music, Connelly Green
- Alumni reception and tour of Main Building from 6:00-8:00pm
Friday, April 11
- Campus Community Clean Up: Meet at 11:00am on Main Building Porch
Saturday, April 12
- Academic Honors Convocation 10:00-11:00am, Rotwitt Theater
