Rosemont College is thrilled to announce an exciting milestone for our community and alumni: the complete collection of Cornelian Yearbooks is now part of the Rosemont College Archives Digital Library on JSTOR. This remarkable accomplishment was completed by Tori Jones and Lucia Madron over the summer. This achievement makes generations of campus memories freely accessible online, allowing alumni, students, and researchers to explore Rosemont’s rich history from anywhere in the world.
The Cornelian Yearbooks capture decades of student life, traditions, and campus culture. Now digitized and preserved, these volumes offer a lasting connection to the people and experiences that shaped the College.

To explore additional digital materials from the College archives, visit: Rosemont College Archives on JSTOR. This accomplishment is the result of careful, sustained effort by Rosemont student employees including Justin Cuthbertson, Samantha Ferrari, Liza Marra, Cecilia McKinney, and Bryce Simon.
Each semester, students have digitized different portions of the archives to make the College’s history more accessible. Last fall, they completed every issue of The Thorn. This spring, they digitized a scrapbook belonging to a member of the Class of 1943.
Each volume requires thoughtful preparation, high quality scanning, careful quality control, and the creation of detailed metadata. That metadata is what makes the collection searchable and discoverable for alumni, current students, and researchers.
Preserving Rosemont’s Story for the Future
Making the Cornelian Yearbooks available online ensures that an important piece of Rosemont’s history remains protected and accessible for generations to come.
Rosemont will continue adding more collections throughout the coming academic year. These ongoing efforts will further expand access to the archives and help keep the College’s history alive and shared with the broader community.
