Unlock Your Future with Rosemont’s Full-Tuition Scholarship!
Rosemont College is excited to announce the extension of the Cornelian Scholarship application deadline to January 31, 2025. This prestigious scholarship is awarded annually to two outstanding entering freshmen.
The Cornelian Scholarship is the College’s most distinguished academic award, recognizing students who exemplify the values of academic excellence, leadership, and commitment to service. The scholarship reflects Rosemont’s mission to empower students to make meaningful contributions to society while pursuing their personal and professional goals.
The scholarship is named for Cornelia Connelly, founder of the Society of the Holy Child Jesus; the order that established Rosemont College in 1921.
Why Apply for the Cornelian Scholarship?
Winning the Cornelian Scholarship provides recipients with a full-tuition benefit for four years, offering financial freedom to focus on academics, leadership opportunities, and personal growth. Beyond the financial aspect, the scholarship connects students with mentorship opportunities, experiential learning, and leadership development programs designed to help them thrive.
Scholarship recipients are students who embody the Cornelian values of compassion, integrity, and social responsibility. They are encouraged to become active participants in the campus community, making a lasting impact on Rosemont and beyond.
My name is Madi, I am a sophomore student at Rosemont College studying Criminology and Psychology. I am also a recipient of the Cornelian Scholarship. I graduated from a small Christian high school in Philadelphia and sought out a small and intimate college. After receiving the Cornelian Scholarship, I was more than convinced to attend Rosemont. Since being here, I have become increasingly involved on campus. I am enjoying my time at Rosemont and all that I get to do because it gives me a sense of structure and an opportunity to meet new friends! – Madi Morton
