On Thursday, February 5, 2026, Rosemont College recently hosted a Valentine themed cookie decorating event that brought students together through creativity and connection. The event reflected the College’s commitment to engaging student experiences.
The Cookie Decorating Event attracted strong interest from students. Many signed up in advance to reserve a spot. Even more students arrived on the day of the event. This strong turnout showed how much students enjoy and value hands on activities with friends.
Featuring Local Talent & Sweet Details
The cookies for the Cookie Decorating Event came from Dana Boyes of Limitless Creations by Dana. Dana created the cookies and supported the event experience. Rosemont College appreciates her creativity and generosity. Students may follow @limitlesscreationsbydana on Instagram and Facebook.
Each student received a full decorating kit. The kit included four cookies with a Valentine’s theme. Students also received royal icing in several colors. A clear step by step guide helped students get started. Tools such as tooth picks, plates, and paper towels supported the process.
The cookie designs included a heart, a festive sweater, lips, and a mug with hearts. Each shape offered space for creativity. Students decorated each cookie in their own style. Every finished set looked unique by the end of the event.
A Creative & Welcoming Atmosphere
Students chose how they wanted to decorate. Some followed the guide closely. Others explored their own designs at a relaxed pace.
The Cookie Decorating Event supported student engagement beyond the classroom. Events like this help students build friendships. They also support wellness and stress relief. These moments create lasting memories tied to campus life – not to mention, they are fun to look at and are delicious too!
