“The people drew me to Rosemont,” said Shea. “Everyone I’ve met has been so warm and welcoming, from the administrators and faculty to the support staff, and especially the engaged students who are so eager to learn. There truly is joy in the air here at Rosemont! From the moment I stepped on campus last semester as an adjunct, it felt like home.”
Shea has more than 20 years of teaching experience in tax and accounting at colleges in the Greater Philadelphia region, including Widener University, Delaware County Community College, Penn State University-Brandywine, Neumann University, and Drexel University.
“My hope for this semester is to get to know everyone and to work with Christine Hagedorn and John Henderson, my fellow business faculty, to keep evolving our programs to meet the needs of our current and future business students,” she said. “And mainly, I am excited to get back in the classroom and work with the very awesome Rosemont students — the ones I will be meeting for the first time and the ones I had the pleasure to teach last year.”
