Residence Halls Options
Rosemont offers four residence halls with different living arrangements to suit your preferences.
Single Rooms: Ideal for those who prefer privacy and a quiet study environment.
Double Rooms: A good balance of social interaction and personal space, usually shared with one roommate.
Suite Style Living: Offers a more communal living experience with shared living spaces and sometimes private bedrooms, perfect for those who enjoy a blend of privacy and social living.

Residence Life Staff
The Residence Life staff at Rosemont College is dedicated to providing comprehensive support and ensuring a positive living experience for all students. The office consists of a professional and student staff who work collaboratively to maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging residential community.
Professional Staff
The Director of Residence Life oversees the overall operations and strategic planning of residence life, including creating policies, managing staff, and ensuring the well being of students.
The Assistant Director of Residence Life assists the Director in managing daily operations. They coordinate programs and initiatives that support student development and wellness.
Residence Directors live on campus and manage individual residence halls. They provide support, mentorship, and supervision to Resident Assistants and students.
Student Staff – Resident Assistants (RAs)

- A team of 16 RAs is assigned across the four residence halls.
- RAs are student leaders who help foster a positive community, assist with conflict resolution, and plan events and activities.
- They are trained to handle various situations and provide peer support.
24/7 On Call Staffing

- Residence Life maintains a 24/7 on call staffing schedule.
- There is always a professional staff member or RA available to respond to emergencies or any situation that may arise.
- This ensures that students have access to support and assistance at all times.
The dedicated staff in the Office of Residence Life plays a crucial role in enhancing the residential experience, providing a safe and supportive environment, and ensuring that students have the resources they need to thrive both personally and academically.
ADA & Housing Accommodations
To apply for ADA & housing accommodations, students must submit documentation of their request—such as an IEP or a letter from a physician outlining the diagnosis and long term care plan—to the office of Residence Life at [email protected] or 610.527.0200 X2401.
