Biography
Professor Jones has been a police officer since 1995 and is a graduate of the Philadelphia Police Academy. From 1995 – 2003, he was a police officer in Bristol Township, Bucks County. He has been an officer with the Willistown Township Police Department in Chester County since 2003 where he currently serves as the Detective Sergeant in charge of Criminal Investigations. He was named the 2019 Chester County Law Enforcement Officer of the Year and 2018 Rosemont College SGPS Division Undergraduate Professor of the Year. Steve is a US Army veteran and has a master’s degree in public safety from St. Joseph’s University. He’s served as a guest lecturer and instructor for the Octorara School District, Great Valley School District, and West Chester Area School District.Undergraduate Courses
