Biography

Paul Paniccia is an IT Project Manager and system administrator for Pratt and Whitney, a subsidiary of RTX, which is a global leader in propulsion systems, powering the most advanced aircraft in the world. 

In addition to his degrees, Paul has over thirteen consistent years of comprehensive expertise in various roles related to business operations and administration.  He has come to realize that his passion lies in asset management, risk mitigation, project leadership, and improving business processes to achieve critical goals and steer development. As a highly accomplished and results-oriented professional, this philosophy has held its weight in the companies he has served.  

Throughout his professional career, he has used best practices and business knowledge to improve products or services. He has proven his skills in multiple software applications and languages used in data storage, extraction, and analysis while utilizing an analytical mindset in solving complex problems. He is also proficient in translating pertinent, gleaned information to senior leadership. Moreover, he has experience in aggregating data from multiple sources and transforming large amounts into an actionable format. 

Other highlights of his career include: 

 1) Facilitates working sessions between customers and IT teams to define business requirements. 

 2) Collects complex, high-tier data from customers relating to systems and reports issues impacting service delivery. 

 3) Considered a business resident expert for operating processes, user-based systems, and governing policies and regulations. 

 4) Recommends requirement changes or improvements. 

A native of Cheshire, CT, Paul is no stranger to being in the middle of many professional sports rivalries. Paul is an avid New York sports fan.  Although he is a Yankee fan at heart, the San Diego Padres hold a special meaning for him as his father is a retiree residing in San Diego.  Petco Park remains his favorite ballpark in North America, and he visits multiple times a year for a game with his father. 

Paul resides in Southington, CT with his wife of 4 years Victoria “Tory”, his 3-month-old daughter, Josephine “Josie”, his 5-year-old all-white Siberian Husky, Delta, and 9-year-old American Shorthair cat, Tia.  His favorite restaurant is Modern Apizza in New Haven, CT, considered one of the “Holy Trinities of Pizza” and is an absolute must-stop while visiting the Constitution State.
