Biography
Dr. Falconi served as a teacher, assistant principal, and principal in the public school system for many years before arriving at Rosemont College in August of 2015.Ā She was employed at the Methacton School District (Methacton High School) and the Upper Dublin School District (Sandy Run Middle School) in various teaching and administrative capacities.Ā Her area of interest, research, and the topic of her doctoral dissertation is the connection between neuroscience and improving teaching and learning. Dr. Falconi has always been an advocate for students and providing them with the tools and assistance they need to be successful in classrooms and to achieve success in their ultimate career choice.Ā
