Enrollment
Welcome Enrolled Students! What’s Next?
Student ID Number
- Upon being admitted, a Rosemont Student ID number will be issued. Your ID is necessary to access housing, parking, and other needs, so keep it handy.
- The Rosemont Student ID is printed on most communications we send you once you are admitted to Rosemont, including your admit letter, financial aid notification, and your deposit confirmation.
- If you need a reminder of your Student ID number, contact Admissions at 610.526.2966 or [email protected] with your birthdate and high school for identity confirmation.
Your Rosemont Email – Be Sure to Check Regularly!
- 2-3 days after enrolling and submitting the deposit payment, check the inbox of the email address provided during the application process for instructions on signing up for the Rosemont email.
- The email will come from the Director of IT at Rosemont. If an email does not appear in your inbox, please check spam and other filter folders.
- Please follow the instructions provided upon receipt to set up your new Rosemont email address.
- See the IT Information & Service Desk Page for more information.
Housing Sign Up
- The housing survey will be available in the Canvas orientation course called SOAR (Student Orientation at Rosemont). Look for instructions sent to the Rosemont email on how to access this course.
- Complete the survey to share schedule preferences, interests, and special considerations to help with roommate matching.
- Specific roommate requests must be confirmed by all parties and are not guaranteed. Single occupancy housing is also not guaranteed and depends on availability.
- Requests for single occupancy housing are considered based on availability after all housing assignments are made, typically 2-3 weeks after the beginning of the semester. Documentation is required for medical conditions necessitating single occupancy.
- Fun Fact: Laundry machine use is included in room and board.
