In this program, students must demonstrate proficiency in the PDE Reading Specialist competencies and pass the Praxis Reading Specialist exam to obtain certification in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Additionally, applicants must possess an Instructional I or Instructional II Certification for admission.
