Rosemont College proudly celebrated four business students who attended the Campus Philly Career Fair at the Franklin Institute on Tuesday, October 28, 2025. The event brought together students, employers, and professionals for an engaging day of career exploration and networking.
Preparing for Professional Growth
The participating students — Angelo Ciammetti, Jayden Hogg, and Mikhail Shropshire represented Rosemont with pride and professionalism. Through their Senior Seminar course, they prepared to communicate effectively, present themselves confidently, and connect with potential employers.
Before the event, they refined their resumes and practiced interview techniques. They also reviewed strategies for professional introductions and learned how to make lasting impressions. This preparation showed Rosemont College’s strong focus on experiential learning and real world readiness.

The Campus Philly Career Fair offered valuable opportunities for personal and professional growth. Students interacted with company representatives, discovered new career options, and learned what employers value in future hires. Furthermore, they gained a deeper understanding of how classroom lessons connect to real world success.
Student Angelo Ciammetti described the event as both exciting and motivating. He said, “Attending the Campus Philly Career Fair was a great experience. I had the chance to network with several employers, learn more about different career opportunities, and gain a better understanding of what companies are looking for in future hires. It was motivating to see how the skills we’re developing in class connect to real world career paths.”

In the future, Rosemont College students will participate in Campus Philly’s Spring Career Fair. The spring fair will be held on April 22, 2026, from 5:00 – 7:30pm at the Barnes Foundation.
