Women’s History Month
We continue to celebrate Women’s History Month with images on the tv screen in the lobby of women who have made or are making significant contributions to the wider community. This week we honor Patsy T. Mink.
Attorney and politician born in Paia, Hawaii; First Asian American to serve in Congress; Represented Hawaii in US Congress; Served in Congress for 24 years; Champion of Civil Rights legislation and Title IX.
Five Luminous Women of God
Be sure to stop in the chapel to see the exhibit of American women being considered for sainthood in the Catholic Church.
The exhibit celebrates Women’s History Month.
The chapel is open from 6:00am to 9:00pm daily and from 10:00am – 6:00pm on weekends.
Annual Seder
Our annual Seder will be held on Wednesday, March 18, at 5:00pm. Registration was due last Friday. Please email [email protected] if you would like to attend.Sunday Mass
We will resume meeting for Mass at Our Mother of Good Counsel Church on March 22nd at 11:15am in front of our Rosemont College chapel.
SHCJ Exhibit: Images of the Holy Child
Emily Wells, archivist for the Holy Child sisters and Rosemont alumna, is inviting us to a special exhibit in the Archives on “Images of the Holy Child” on Thursday, March 19 from 10:00am – 5:00pm. The Archives are located at 1308 Wendover next to Gracemere. No reservation needed.
