Rosemont College is excited to announce a unique student engagement event, Blind Date With a Book and Library Café. This creative program invites students to discover reading in a fresh and social way. The event blends curiosity, conversation, and campus connection. It also highlights the welcoming atmosphere of Kistler Memorial Library.
Blind Date With a Book encourages students to step outside their usual reading choices. Each participant selects a mystery wrapped book without knowing the title or author.
The event will take place at Kistler Memorial Library on February 16, 2026 at 6:00pm. Students can enjoy a relaxed evening in a familiar campus space.
A Social Reading Experience
Blind Date With a Book creates opportunities for meaningful connection. Students can read quietly or chat with friends about their selections. In addition, the Library Café will be open during the event. Students can enjoy complimentary drinks and snacks while they read. This adds a cozy café style atmosphere to the evening.
All students are encouraged to attend this relaxing event. No registration is required. Simply arrive ready to explore a new story and enjoy the evening. Bring a friend or come solo and meet someone new.
