Student Success & Career Coach Full Time Position
Rosemont College is pleased to share that ACLAMO is looking for a full-time, on-site employee in Norriston, Pennsylvania. The available position is as a Student Success & Career Coach that will mentor and support students in their educational careers. This support will include, but is not limited to, college and career guidance, managing success plans for student academic success, and communicating directly with students and their families. Applicants must be bilingual in English and Spanish. Individuals who apply must have completed a bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, or Career Development. While it is not required, a master's degree is preferred. Experience in a field related to the job is also required. All ACLAMO employees are required to complete a Pennsylvania Child Abuse Clearance, a State Police Criminal Record Check, and an FBI Criminal Background Check.
This position is a good fit for individuals who have excellent time management, communication, organization, and a positive outlook. A large part of the job relies on teamwork and creating meaningfull connections with students.
