On Monday, April 27th, Rosemont College Athletics held its final sports award ceremony in school history. The evening celebrated the dedication, leadership, and outstanding performances of student athletes across all programs.
This special night brought together athletes, coaches, and supporters to recognize the award winners who exemplified excellence both on and off the field during the final season.
Highlighting the Award Winners
Each team presented two major honors: the Coach’s Award (given to the player who demonstrated toughness, leadership, accountability, and reliability) and the Most Valuable Player (MVP) award (honoring outstanding excellence in their sport).
The Trainer’s Award was also presented to athletes who showed exceptional commitment and positive attitude while working with the athletic trainer in the athletic training room.

- Coach’s Award: Brandon Moore

- Most Valuable Player: Pearl Smith and Jana Ehnot
- Coach’s Award: Cameryn Roach
Men’s Baseball
- Most Valuable Player: Chase Masten
- Coach’s Award: Tim Shell
Track & Field
- Most Valuable Player: Terah Pendleton and Seth Langford
- Coach’s Award: Makaila Keith and Brandon Moore

President Jim Cawley’s Moving Address
Following the awards, President Jim Cawley took the stage. He spoke candidly about the challenges of fielding teams this year and expressed deep gratitude for the coaches, players, and especially Athletic Director Ross Trachtenberg, whose leadership made one final season possible.

While this was the final athletics award ceremony, the achievements of these award winners and all Rosemont student athletes will be remembered for years to come.
Moreover, the evening served as a powerful reminder of what makes Rosemont special: the people who pour their hearts into representing the College with pride. Lastly, to all the award winners, your accomplishments are well deserved and will inspire future generations of Ravens.
