Rosemont College proudly announces the return of its Annual Wellness 5K, an exciting event dedicated to promoting health, happiness, and community spirit. The costume optional event will take place on October 29, 2025, from 11:00am to 1:00pm. Registration begins at 10:45am at the entrance of the Hirsh Community Center. This year’s theme, No Tricks, Just Treats, promises a lively afternoon filled with activity, laughter, and wellness for all.
Walk, Stroll, or Run: Your Way to Wellness
The Annual Wellness 5K encourages everyone to move at their own pace. You can walk, stroll, or run while enjoying a supportive and energetic environment. Along the route, participants will discover wellness tables offering games, healthy snacks, and opportunities to connect with others. Each stop provides a new way to focus on both physical health and mental well being.
Celebrate Health & Community
This event offers more than just a walk or run. It is a joyful reminder that wellness includes movement, friendship, and fun. Students, faculty, and staff can step away from their routines to recharge and engage with the campus community. Furthermore, each activity is designed to encourage a balanced lifestyle that values self care and connection.
Costumes, Treats & Prizes
To make the day even more festive, participants may wear Halloween costumes, although they are completely optional. There will be plenty of food, interactive games, and sweet treats waiting along the way. After finishing the course, everyone is invited to the celebration at the finish line. The event will feature a Best Costume Award and an exciting Wellness Raffle with great prizes.
Join the Movement
Rosemont College welcomes all students, faculty, staff, and community members to join the fun. The Annual Wellness 5K reflects the college’s ongoing commitment to fostering wellness and unity across campus.
