Rosemont Kicks Off Year with Activities Fair and Vision Board Event
Rosemont College is excited to welcome students back with a series of engaging activities designed to inspire involvement and build community. These events help students start the 2025 to 2026 academic year with purpose, connection, and creativity.
The Activities Fair will take place on Wednesday, August 27, 11:00am – 1:00pm in the Community Center lobby. This event introduces students to a wide range of clubs and organizations. Attendees can meet student leaders, explore new interests, and sign up for clubs that match their passions.
Students interested in leadership can also connect with the Student Government Association (SGA). Opportunities are available to run for executive board positions or join committees. Getting involved in SGA is a great way to strengthen leadership skills and contribute to the Rosemont community.
Another featured event is the Planner Decorating and Vision Board Session on Thursday, August 28, at 5:30pm in the Dining Hall. Students will receive free supplies to customize their planners with class schedules, reminders, and goals. Also, they can create a personal vision board for the 2025 to 2026 school year using poster boards and craft materials provided at the event.
In addition, these events are coordinated by the Student Life team with support from Residence Life
and the Student Academic Support Center (SASC). Each department plays a vital role in helping students succeed both inside and outside the classroom.
Furthermore, students are encouraged to attend both events to get connected, stay organized, and fully engage in campus life. For more information, visit the Student Life page.
