Come and learn about the Business of International Healthcare and Its Effects on Patient Access in Sorrento, Italy!
Immerse yourself in culture, history, and business as you travel internationally all while earning credit towards your degree program. This once in a lifetime experience offered by the Global Studies Programs allows you to gain experiential learning by studying the foundations of business from another country’s perspective.
Cultural differences, leadership theories, and legal and ethical practices will be examined during this trip. Engage in business site visits, lectures, historical and cultural events, and free-time activities that will provide you with a unique perspective on business you can’t find anywhere else.
Trip price includes: housing, use of classroom and facilities, cultural visits, and some meals.
Airfare is not included. However, suggested flights will be made available to students
at the Information Session.

Cultural activities include visits to Pompeii, Naples, and Sorrento’s Historic Centre; the Cathedral of Sorrento (Duomo); Church and Cloister of San Francesco; Marina Grande and Marina Piccola; National Archaeological Park of Naples; Museo Correale di Terranova, evening operas, churches, markets, wineries, and more
Students may take advantage of their free days by taking trips to Rome, the Isle of Capri, the Amalfi Coast, and/or a wide array of other activities initiating from Sorrento
Global Study may be taken as a 3-credit graduate course* or a 3-credit undergraduate course* (*Note: Certain courses may not apply).
Cost of Trip: $1,800 (not including tuition and airfare)
