As the Fall 2025 semester approaches, Parkhurst Dining is proud to introduce important updates to campus dining services. The 2025 Parkhurst Dining Updates aim to improve meal access, student satisfaction, and convenience for the entire campus community.
Updated Meal Times
To better serve students, Parkhurst has adjusted the weekly dining schedule. On weekdays, breakfast will be available from 7:30am to 10:00am. Lunch will follow from 11:00am to 1:00pm, with a light lunch option from 1:00pm to 2:00pm. Dinner service will run from 4:30pm to 6:30pm.
On weekends and holidays observed as weekdays, students can enjoy brunch from 10:00am to 1:00pm. Dinner remains consistent from 4:30pm to 6:30pm.
During Thanksgiving and Fall Break, the dining hall will close after lunch on Friday, November 21 at 2:00pm. It will reopen for dinner on Sunday, November 30 at 4:30pm.
Expanded Kiosk & Space Updates
Although the Ravens Nest will not reopen in Fall 2025, students will benefit from an expanded Kiosk. The Kiosk will now operate whenever the dining hall is open. It will feature rotating selections including wraps, salads, sandwiches, veggie snack packs, drinks, candy, chips, and the popular Freal milkshake machine. These items may change, but the goal is to offer a variety of grab and go options.
To ensure the offerings match student preferences, Parkhurst may distribute a survey. This feedback will help shape what appears in the Kiosk throughout the semester.
Meanwhile, the former Ravens Nest space will be transformed into a new area for student programming. More information on this exciting change will be shared soon.
Faculty & Staff Dining Options
Faculty and staff can enjoy lunch for just $2 once per week. On all other days, lunch is available at the regular price of $8. This initiative encourages more shared meals and builds stronger campus connections.
