The ultimate goal of Yoga Club is to help create and sustain a healthy and positive setting for all the members of the Rosemont community. We see members of every class coming out each week and having fun while forging new relationships and building strength physically as well as mentally. It is our hope that all who become involved are able to take everything they learn on their yoga mats and bring it outside of class and into the world.
We practice what we preach. We understand that the lifestyle of a college student is extremely stressful-balancing class, friends, clubs, activities, and many other things can get students down. The Yoga Club is here to help students to take a few moments to themselves and just relax.
